What we collect

• Booking details: name, e-mail, phone, country, dates, number of guests, special requests.
• Registration data at check-in (passport or ID details), as required by Montenegrin law.
• Payment details: we receive only the payment result and a masked card number from our payment provider.

Why we use it

• To handle your booking and stay (contract).
• To register guests and keep invoices as required by law (legal obligation).
• To answer your questions (legitimate interest).

Who processes it for us

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

• SMRTROOM, our reservation system (operated by our company; hosted on Google Cloud).
• Our card payment provider and its partner bank, for payments.
• Cloudflare (website hosting) and Zoho (e-mail).

How long we keep it

Booking and registration data are kept as long as required by Montenegrin tax, accounting and tourism law, and otherwise deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@hotelperladimare.com. You may also complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.
